Delivery Process

Once you’ve placed an order on Luaper.com, a series of events is set into motion to ensure that your items reach you as quickly as possible. Our dedicated team carefully collects your items, packages them with care and attention, and prepares them for dispatch. This process can take up to 72 hours as we want to ensure everything is perfect.

If your order includes a pre-order item, all items in your order will wait until the pre-order item is available. This ensures that all your items are sent out at the same time, reducing the environmental impact of multiple deliveries and ensuring you receive your entire order in one go.

Once your order is ready, it’s handed over to our trusted courier service. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days. We understand that waiting for an order can be exciting, which is why we provide a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number. This allows you to follow the journey of your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Please note that we require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your order. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your package in a safe place or take it to your nearest post office for collection at a time that’s convenient for you.

Returns Policy

At Luaper.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer free returns for 30 days from the date of delivery. However, not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on product pages and/or at checkout.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

– The return must be initiated and the item(s) must be placed in the post within 30 days of delivery.– The item(s) were not marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless they are faulty.– The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes any tags, shoe boxes, and jewelry packaging.

Before you send your item back to us, we’ll ask you to provide a photo of the item. This helps us assess the condition of the item and streamline the returns process.

Please note that if you’re returning an item from a bundle, your order is no longer eligible for the bundle pricing.
